Lonnie performs solo for the most part though there are those who are available for a "band" type gig if that is what the situation dictates.

Sounds Like
Take country and rock mix liberally with blues, bluegrass and a dollop of life experience and Humor and you got you some Lonnie Caldwell ready for the oven!
Yum Yum!
Born and raised in the central San Joaquin valley of California, Lonnie's early years were spent on a cattle ranch near Yosemite National Park in California's "Gold Country". Lonnie Started writing songs when he was just 5 years old and he would sing them at the top of his lungs while chasing cows and riding fence.
He sang with Local groups in local bars when he was too young to be in a bar by standing in the "kitchen" area with a microphone while the band performed on stage.
Lonnie has worked hard to perfect his craft and is beginning to cause a stir in the music industry with his powerful lyrics that reach out to the everyday man and woman with words of hope and humor.
When asked to describe what it is he does Lonnie said:
"I want to reach out to the world and tell them to believe... no matter where you are or what you are going through, it's going to be ok. That's what my songs are about. My CD is the one you put in when you need to know somebody loves you."
After listening to the words in Lonnie's songs we are believers!
