I like Carry On films (especially Abroad, Behind, Camping, Doctor and Screaming), School for Scoundrels, The Party, Up Pompeii, the best film trilogy ever - On The Buses, Hammer films, Frankenstein (1930's) films, The Invisible Man (1930's), the Mondo Cane films, Koyaanisqaatsi, St Trinians, Laurel & Hardy, the Doctor series particularly Doctor In Clover, the Confessions films, Father Came Too, The Fast Lady, The Plank, The Boys In Blue. Most British comedy films really from 40's to the 70's.
I like a few Hollywood films - Star Wars, E.T. and Alien but depsise US comedies, the only ones I like being Weird Al Yankovic's UHF, Airplane and This Is Spinal Tap (though the Rutles is far superior!)
Dancing On Ice, Strictly Come Dancing,Beadle's About The Planet's Funniest Animals, Deal or No Deal, Loose Women, Des & Mel, You've Been Framed, Bob the Builder, How Clean Is Your House, Celebrity Fat Club, Going For Gold, Help, See Hear, original Crossroads,Mind Your Language, On The Buses, The Benny Hill Show, Bless This House, Terry & June, George & Mildred, Dick Turpin, New Faces,Nearest & Dearest, Love Thy Neighbour, Up Pompeii, Hi-De-Hi, Sorry Play Your Cards Right, The Black and White Minstrel Show, Your Shout and anything with Danny Baker or Kate Adie in it.
About me: I am one of the last of a dying breed - an all round entertainer, bringing variety to the masses.
Along with Holly Blue, Barry Chester and Betty Blue
we perform Freddie Valentine's Variety Showtime to the jaded British public
in need of a modern form of music hall, or if you like, Victorian Freak Show.
My musical director is the multi-talented Henry Crud who also produced
and engineered my pilot radio show, Radio Valentine.
I used to have an eleven piece backing band called The Paisley
Wheelchair Experience but we parted due to musical differences -
they like Oklahoma and I preferred The Sound of Music - so I wrote
the album 'An Intimate Evening with', helped by the amazingly talented
Henry Crud and performed the live show with the wonderful Barry Chester.
My latest show, Freddie Valentine's Variety Showtime, is currently doing
the rounds in London venues, assisted by Barry Chester, Holly Blue and
Betty Blue.
Our live favourite GILBERT AND GEORGE is availble to download here:

hey Freddie! I hope this finds you in rude health? Keeno’s made a new film at last! But Beware, he was riddled and dosed up on Night Nurse. Deranged out of his mind!

* Chuckles is the music maker letting loose swingalicious delights that are lyrical and jazzy yet they bounce like hip hop.
* Mr Bruce is a modern day dandy whose singing (and dancing) is equally difficult to categorise. He is an eloquent MC who scats and sings like a cabaret compère about clowns, rogues and two tone brogues.
He will be joined on stage by the exquisite Wendy Rose and the naughty harlequin Precious Isis.

It is with great pleasure that I return to your eyes, ears and hearts on Saturday 6th September when you'll be asked to dig out your string vests and leopard print miniskirts as we go Trailer Park Trash .
Yes sir-ree, dry those tears of boredom for performing in my trailer park will be:
The adorable little magic man, Pete Firman, fresh from his hugely successful Edinburgh run.
The inimitable Caroline Mabey will be spittin' and cursin'
Joe Rowntree is back with more manic stand-up and surreal madness
The Stooch will be delivering fonze-like one liners for your pleasure
Adams and Rea will be strumming their banjos and ukeleles for any spare dimes
and of course, the evening will be stitched up with the usual mayhem from your very own redneck Toby Caldwell, his Silent Prop and the Dr's minions.
Plus! Games and prizes, dressing up and a whole loada suprises, ending it all with a fingers in belt loop disco dance off!
Get dressed up for cheaper entry plus the chance of Le Grand Dress-Up Prize! Think: tattoos, bad teeth, poodle perms with rollers and mullets, plaid and cut-off denim shorts, stetsons and trucker caps, Amy Winehouse, string vests and drooling mutts…
We're back at our usual venue, The St Aloysius Social Club, Phoenix Road, Euston. So get yourselves down there, before I whup yo asses! Doors: 7pm, showtime 8pm Tickets £6/9
