Lord

Bio:

Mart Rauba aka. Lord is an MC from Võsu, Estonia. In the local scene, he's mainly known as the MC in Öökülm project with DJ Melkker. Lord and Melkker came with their Debut EP "Välk Selgest Taevast" (Lejal Genes) in september 2007. They gained sudden fame and lots of positive feedback from both the mainstream and more underground scene. They were also nominated for the Estonian music award this year (best urban group). Lord is also member on TMF project with MC Napoleon and Rambo and has made lots of smaller collabs. His musical trip started somewhere around 2003-04, when he first tried to produce beats, then moved on to rhyming. Now, in 2009, Lord is working on many projects such as Öökülm's new album, many interesting collabs with different producers and MC's and still untitled Metal-Rap group. When in Tartu, you can also find him chilling with friends and playing his djembe drum maybe. Lord doesn't like to put any limits to the styles of music or the themes in lyrics, as long as the ideas and sounds are fresh. That's all for now, respect all around and keep it simple!
