This collective stands out for its eclectic and humorous sets and for the energy they transmit from behind the decks. Their different live acts (including Combat Djing, All-Day Parties, Active Jam and Lysergic Call - an experimental live act) and their innovating aesthetic, as seen in the flyers and outdoor settings they create, make them an obvious choice for any night where the motto is: “Party on!”
Their intense and hallucinogenic freestyle sets suit almost any type of public or environment. It's obvious that they are passionate music lovers with a wide range of influences and they're willing to share that passion with the crowd. They explore everything from world and multi-ethnic music to jazz in all its genres. They bring together the experimentation of electronics and electro-acoustics with the glamour of retro and lounge, the groove of funk and mutant disco, the heat of acid jazz, the joy of boogie-woogie and dance-hall, the kitsch of the 80s, the reverie of the moog and krautrock sound as well as the exogenous introspection of chill-in and even the cathartic force (may it be with you!) of rock, punk, new wave e post-punk!

Currently they are involved in the DubEarth.com project, carrying through (every first thursdays of each month) an eclectic and experimental podcast. In this project LorenzFactor discloses to their productions and remixes, as well as their visceral desire of sonic experimentation. They are the underground of any psychiatric institution!

Os seus sets freestyle são multifacetados, intensos e alucinogénicos para quase qualquer tipo de público e ambiente. O que sobressai neste colectivo é serem melómanos apaixonados com um sem número de influências, querendo partilhar esta paixão com o público. Diferentes clubes, diferentes ambientes, diferente público, diferentes sets. Exploram desde a world music e a música multi-étnica até ao jazz em todas as suas vertentes, abrangendo a experimentação e a fusão da electrónica e da electro-acústica, o glamour dos ambientes retro, o groove do funk e do mutant disco, o heat do acid jazz, a alegria do boogie woogie ou do dance-hall, o kitsch dos 80's, a divagação sonora do moog e do krautrock, o devaneio catártico do rock, punk, new wave e post-punk e a sinestésica introspecção exógena do chill-in&out. Nos sets freestyle percorrem diversas sonoridades, adoptando uma escolha AcidDiskoPunk, muito caracteristíca do fenómeno NuRave.
Actualmente estão envolvidos no projecto DubEarth.com, realizando todas as primeiras 5ª feiras de cada mês um podcast de carácter eclético e experimental. Neste projecto os LorenzFactor revelam as suas produções, mashups, re-edits, remixes e sets, assim como o seu desejo visceral de experimentação sónica. São o Psycho-Underground de qualquer instituição psiquiátrica que se preze!!!
