No we don't get out there as often as we'd like. I'm working two jobs now, so the only day I get off is Sunday. That's also our only day we have for sure off together...so lots of stuff usually gets crammed into that day. lol
...not be be a bad influence...but i think we should celebrate your graduation with a byob and bbq! (with brisket...twice baked potatoes...cheese....fine wine...veggies....hummus....I could keep going for a while here! )
So far I've been accepted to KU, Temple, UMKC, & U Chicago (but for some reason they accepted me in the humanities dept., which I didn't apply to). Anyway, KU has an awesome dept. & they were in my top 3, plus I'll be in Lawrence, close to home & all the peoples in KC.
I dig the pep and zucchini...have never done eggplant, it may have problems due to the walnut tree in the back yard (I hear they are bad for nightshade plants)...we can try anyway tho.
So the garden works like this. We dedicate a space to you, and you guys help weed/water once a week. The process will be made much easier with my brand new rain barrel!!! (Very excited!). Anyway I think it'll be a great project...would def. like to stick to a chem-free garden tho. May have a compost heap coming soon as well.
It is busy for now but after Tuesday it will be mostly over with. The exchange went well, I'm hoarding leftovers for the next one. Amy dropped off some clothes that should fit you, jeans and some shirts. How are your projects coming along and did you go to Sam's show??
You can be a zombie for free, right? Just need some makeup. Sam and I are going to be bride and groom zombies! My boss gave me this awesome '80s wedding dress with huge puffy sleeves and the works. It's terrible! :) We'll be downtown about the same time. Droping Kael off at 9pm. Are you guys actually going to go to the pub crawl, or do you just want to stop by a bar or two then head to our place?
