Sparko is a brilliantly entertaining comic from SLG Publishing written and illustrated by Karl. A brush with death leads Norman into a strange underground London, where his unintentional guide, a pick-pocketing girl named Belle, keeps him a step ahead of ghosts, monsters, psycho grannies on scooters and their killer Chihuahuas.
Phil Mucci's beautiful and wonderfully atmopsheric short film The Listening Dead has recently been converted to 3-D for re-release! To celebrate the film's rebirth, Phil's created a commemorative book which includes the entire movie in stills, behind the scenes photos and essays, reviews, and much more. The official companion piece to the film named BEST SHORT HORROR FILM of 2007 by Rue Morgue magazine can be purchased here. Be sure to check out his stunning photography as well!
A collector of many things perhaps, but not a collector of friends. I love stumbling upon old friends as well as meeting some new ones, however, I am not interested in a mile-long list of people I know nothing about. My heart has been carefully plucked from my ribcage so no point in trying to steal that...you'll never succeed.
If you are a face from the past or someone I currently know, so glad you found me. If we have never met and you would like to add me, please send a message saying hello...or you could very well find your request ruthlessly denied. I couldn't put it any better than my friends in Liturgy of Decay and share their feelings:
If you're only competing for the award of the longest friends list ever, forget it, because we are not here for the same reasons, we don't recognise nor respect the superficiality of this approach and we refuse to be a part of it – to be used to this end...We want each of our friend links to have a real and meaningful reason to be there.
I spend hours trawling through Myspace for new artists and bands that capture my attention, but cannot possibly find them all. There is not much rhyme or reason to what I like...I just know it when I see/hear it. By all means please do send a friend request if you think I might appreciate your music or work...and in return I will do what I can to offer you support as I abhor those who only selfishly take.

HERE IS A PREVIEW FOR THE UPCOMING STORY 'OUIJA' WHICH IS ONE OF MANY TWISTED RHYMES INSIDE THE NEW LUNACY MACHINE.
OUIJA
Is there someone there? Is there someone there? Come talk to us tonight. We’re asking for the dead to speak, It’s only us . . .my wife and me. Come tell us how you died.
The oracle moved about the board A figure-eight reply. The oracle started slowing down, then stopped . . . above the Y.
Tell us more, tell us more, what brought you here to me? Tell us how you died tonight. Tell us when you died tonight. Tell us what brings you here tonight. Keep spelling it for me.
The figure eight continues and around the board it moves. It’s slowing down, it’s slowing down. Come, spirit, talk to me right now, Tell us tonight, because we want to know . . Then the oracle stopped on the letter O.
You’re coming in so very clear, Now tell us why you’re roaming here, on this dark and stormy night. Speak to me, speak to me, Travel through this board to me. Tell us why you sleep tonight beneath your resting tomb. Speak to me, speak to me, speak to me now. Then the oracle stopped on the U.
Y-O-U, Y-O-U, this isn’t making sense. You spelled out, YOU is this what you meant to do? Then the oracle stopped on YES.

So good to hear from you. Sorry for dragging my feet to reply. ; )
I suppose it's good you're keeping busy, right? Me too, for that matter (which is why it took me this long...seems like I never stop).
And yes, the album is coming along...slowly but surely. We're getting into the studio soon, so it will HOPEFULLY be out this year.
The show we played went very well, thank you. Not as many people as we'd like due to another big event in town, but all things considered it was fun and productive. ; )
