About me:
My name is Johnny Kavanaugh, I am professional stand up comic. I am married to a wonderfull lady Named Tammy and we have a young son. Many years ago, say about 15 I started packing on a bunch of extra weight. Over the years I have lost and gained a bunch of it too. Right now I am at about the heaviest I have ever been, 296 lbs. That is just right if I was 9 feet tall, but I am a mere 5'9. I have decided that once and far all I need to lose that extra c-note of lbs and if for some odd reason you want to follow on this site then you go right ahead. I will be posting monthly pictures, and useing the blog for my food diary and exercise log as well as a blog. Feel free to send my any comments, questions, advice, complaints, or you own idea. Also I will send out bulletins of where I am doing shows so you can chech the progess in person Thanks johnny
