Los Histéricos es una banda independiente formada en Santiago en agosto del año 2005. Sus integrantes son Carlos Elgueta (bajo y coros), Pablo Gutiérrez (batería) y Pablo León (guitarra y voz).
La banda debutó en el London club de Valparaíso en diciembre de 2005 y a finales del mismo año grabó un EP de 4 canciones en Estudios Libélula (sin editar). A partir de su debut en el puerto, la agrupación ha tenido nutridas presentaciones en algunos locales capitalinos, cultivando un estilo cercano al pop garage con letras en inglés.
Formed in the bowls of Santiago, Chile, came the band "Los Histericos". The bastard child of three friends who had too much time on their hands. One was originally raised in the north of England (leeds, to be exact), One from the Santiago sticks and the last came from the port city of Valparadiso.
Lost in a music scene that did nothing for them, they joined forces. Singing in English is not popular in Chile, but, fuck that, by the time they learn to sing in Spanish, they'll be passed their prime.
Anyhowze, them singing in spanish would sound as daft as when Shakira sings in English.
