It is a DISCRACE to know that the very laws that are set forth to protect us do not have to be followed by those who are supposed to be called upon to PROTECT.
I am 100%, without a doubt a victim of brutality and served a month in Harris County, 2 years deferred for a crime that never took place! (Unless you look at wanting to be healthy for the first time in my life as a crime!)
Antiviral chemotherapy was no picnic- and I knew it wouldn't be one, but I NEVER-EVER thought I'd go to jail because of it.
It was aweful! I will more than likely now have a nightmare about my experience and telling you this. But the TRUTH needs to be known that the tax payers money doesn't always go to protect and serve. It's more like to protect the abuser!!
