About me:

my name is pronounced [DI nah], like Dinah Shore. i'm not a big fan of being called Dana, yet it happens all the time. i also tend to not correct people on it, for a myriad of reasons.

i am oddly sentimental, habitually introverted, and selectively extroverted. i firmly believe in sassing-it-up and partying-down. i enjoy emotions and when people share them. i am a connoisseur of life & an aficionado of death. my behaviour cannot be predicted, my motives unexplained. many people have told me that i have/am an "old soul." i am a Mac girl, and that alone tells you a lot about me.

i believe Andy Warhol said it best: "art is what you can get away with". i've recently started to notice synchronicity and "coincidences" in my life. i like it when people make an effort, as i do the same. i believe that the guy who invented those speed bumps in the freeway that snap you back into consciousness when you're drifting into a nearby semi should be given a big hug. when they say "time is of the essence", they do mean it.
