Can't speak for every guy but in my opinion Knee high boots are sexy for the same reason knee high stockings are, they accentuate the thighs, which in my opinion are in the top five sexiest areas of a woman's body right next to the hips.
There is just something about thighs, perhaps it is the proximity to another part of a woman's body that men love. Perhaps it is the way a woman gasps in pleasure when you gently kiss the inner thigh.
Or maybe it is the way a woman's thighs will wrap tightly around you, as though they are trying to squeeze the life out of you as her body convulses in orgasmic pleasure.
it could be any of these things or none, maybe I am way off here, maybe it's just me.
