Travis-T is currently working on a new project called Orfanhed!
Brian is not seeking a band at this time.
Sometimes it seems that a good thing does not last long. This is true with Lost Kause. We've been looking for a Bass player for months now to no avail. Thursday, May 15th, 2008 we were informed that we were going to lose our drummer too.
It was not a waste of time. We made some amazing friends and had a blast! Hopefully something even better will come our way. Thanks to all of the fans, our personal paparazzi, and all of the MySpace friends we have had.
This was our time and you were ALL a part of the Lost Kause!

"Break This Machine" Live Video!
Look inside your head tell me what it is you see, You're becoming one of them. Is it so hard to believe? Try! Look inside you own eyes reflecting from your disguise. I can't stand to see you suffering. Break this machine or their's no tomorrow, Killing the weapon against humanity. Before this began fearless was the son of man but we're told "Never Forget", and that the worst will happen yet. Try! Look inside your own eyes reflecting from your disguise. I can't stand to see our suffering. Break this machine or their's no tomorrow, Killing the weapon against humanity. Thoughtless society. The have's and the have not's. Corporate slavery. Freewill is all I've got. Thought is outlawed. HEDLOCK is on the rise. But we have a secret invisibility disguise. Break this machine or there's no tomorrow, Killing the weapon against humanity. Break this machine! Break this machine! Break this machine!
"Walls" Live Video!
Below is our bio, left up for nostalgic reasons...
HERE COMES THE PAIN...Lost Kause is a deviation from the norm in the Metal genre, and yet the style still sounds very familiar. Fusing high energy Hard Rock/ Heavy Metal with a classic rock and punk rock flavor, Lost Kause balances many influences. Our music is modern enough to be relevant, but old-skool enough to be interesting.
Shannon Darby (Guitar) and B. Hodges (Drums) formerly played in the local band Stone Buddha. Travis-T (Vocals) is new to the local music scene. SnoMan, also formerly in Stone Buddha and currently in Voices Of Anatole, is filling in until we find a permanent Bass player.
The 5 Song Demo we recently recorded is part of our planned Full Length CD. The tracks were recorded at 101 Productions near Charleston. We are planning to go back and record several more tracks and we will release a full length CD in the near future.
A Lost Kause show is a rare event. We only play 1-3 live shows per month covering a large area between Huntington, Charleston, and beyond. We want to avoid over saturation of our presence within an area.
Lost Kause is real life Hard Rock. Our philosophy is, "It's not a fashion show". We let the music speak for itself. We don't dress up in "stage uniforms". We don't wear makeup. We don't have pyros exploding behind us, shiny pants, or fans blowing our perms. We simply work hard and play harder so the listeners can fully enjoy what we offer. To us, it's all about the live show and the songs we write. We don't have huge egos because we are aware that everyone has a talent. We know that we are just regular guys who happen to be able to create and perform music. Energy is created between us and the audience, and that's what we live for.
Lost Kause is quickly becoming one of the area's most popular local rock bands! We do not sound like anyone else and have am attitude that is all our own. We thrive on being independent and not relying on other entities to propel us higher. We are confidant that we can still be a popular band without selling our soul. Lost Kause is the rock band to watch for. We just might become one of YOUR favorite bands, no kidding!
"Totally Awesome! Would it be worth your time to see these guys? ABSOLUTELY!!!" - Dennis Thevenin from Night Life Magazine
"...these guys are a complete musical experience...It's impossible to be disappointed by anything that comes from them." - Rock Local
