About me:

There's a place to the north of the Santa Rosa Mountains where the sun beats down on the desert floor below. In that narrow corridor of land live the few but strong; those who dare the mid-day sun and venture toward their dreams. Hidden amongst the parched landscape and souls who dot its face you may find a worn and weary traveler who trudges on through his days, ever looking over his shoulder to those lofty mountains and something he left behind ... and standing next to him will be me, with my sunburned pale white skin ;-) ..

   About my Friends
The People I've Met:
This is a group of the people I spent my high school years with. This is by no means all of them, and selecting 8 was tough. So if you're my friend, we were in high school together, please don't hate me, k? Now, let me introduce them to you (in order by picture height - unless they've changed their picture):

Daniel - We were neck-in-neck for a while in clarinet playing ability, but I stopped practicing while he went to a summer camp. He spanked my trash Senior year, if not before.

Diane - She was quiet (no more so than me) and real smart. I hear she's not so quiet anymore, but I bet she's still as smart. I bet she still has that wicked watch tan. I bet she still has the same watch.

Melissa - I didn't get to know her until she started dating my best friend. But then I got to know how cool she is. Very fun and very passionate about what she does.

Elisa - I will forever remember debating Christian principles across the lab bench in Advanced Biology while we were supposed to be drawing arthropods (or whatever). She's all growed up now with her own house!

Kim - She never liked how me and Daniel behaved during sectionals. Even when he or I were in charge. She gives some big-time hugs if I remember correctly.

Stillman - The other David. The smooth talker - whether it be teachers or students, male or female (but especially the female). A lot of engery in this guy and he's gone on to do some neat things in the professional world.

Alex - I don't know how a trumpet player ended up hanging out with a bunch of woodwinds, but we liked having her around. She has a lot of character, loves to have fun and be adventurous.

Emily - My high school girlfriend. Even though we don't see each other much these days, I still thing she knows me better than I know myself. What more can I say?
