........ Lotus Veil emerged in April of 2009 in Bakersfield Ca. Chris and Phil befriended eachother in October of 2008 and soon realized that their musical tastes were very similiar. Having both being bandless at the time it seemed very natural to talk about making music together. Chris formerly of Bakersfield's own "Stereotactic" and Phil of the Fresno band "Stoneshiver" began searching for bandmates. Phil met Ricky through friends and heard a solo demo track of Ricky's material. Liking the song he introduced Ricky to Chris and the trio began writing songs in acoustic jam sessions. Finally an old friend of Phil, Kevin ended up moving to Bakerfield too. Kevin played keys in Stoneshiver but picked up the bass and fit right in. They recorded songs and have posted them here. Chris left the band in June 2010. The rest of the guys have since been writing new songs and will continue on. More new music coming soon!!! .. .. .. .. .. .. ..
