Hi, and welcome to the myspace site for the Loughborough Acoustic Club

The club has been established for over 5 years to provide a platform for budding musicians wanting to play in front of an audience

The club meets every Thursday between 8pm and 11pm in the Lounge Bar at the Catholic Club, Fennel Street, Loughborough LE11 1UQ

Each Thursday is an ‘open-mic’ night where everyone gets the chance to perform in front of a friendly and supportive audience

Once a month we have a guest artist who performs for the final hour (10pm to 11pm)

Admission is £2 per person, £3 on a guest night

All ages, styles and ability levels welcomed

Want to give it a try? Or be a ‘fly on the wall’? Come along and see what we do and make some new friends

Paul Carden	2009/5/17 21:54 The first Alfresco Acoustic Afternoon at Queens Park Cafe was a great success with performances from Alan Hodgson, Hazard, Paul Carden, Paul Mr Piano, Nigel Beck, Eric The Turtle & Northern Quarter. Only the weather let us down now and again but the whole day was fantastic.
