Back cover:

The history of a curse is fraught with bloody battles, bitter hatred, and dark secrets.

Through five generations, ghosts of war haunt the Wise Women. When the Rebellion of Glenna ends, their curse sleeps bound in the Tunnels of the Dead, waiting for its chance to re-awaken the battle between the Wood People and Dalthwein Clans.

Claire, a distraught young Wise Woman born in the sacred valley of the fae, unwittingly helps it escape imprisonment. While her twin sister, Anna, receives psychic glimpses of ancient secrets she must unravel. With her scribe teacher, Rosalind, she also struggles to uncover the reasons behind Claire’s strange behavior, ever escalating since the death of their Guild Mother, Grianne.

The Age of the Wise Women will cease, if the curse does not end with Anna and Claire. Perhaps inheriting the mistakes of their ancestors, and learning the truths of their identities, will bring great suffering for these witch twins?

Thanks for adding The Devil’s Prophet! The thin line between good and evil will become even blurrier when you read the upcoming novel that promises to be the most controversial, dangerous and heretical book of all time. The Devil’s Prophet by Paul deThroe is a twisted retelling of the ancient apocalyptic prophesies, combined with the occult, science fiction and modern day events, to tell the fictional story of Robert Franklin, an unwitting hero who battles Lord Satanus Luciferus and his son, the Anti-Christ, to prevent them from forcing the New World Order and Religion on an unsuspecting world. In his titanic struggle, Robert enlists the aid of a prophetic witch, his angelic brother and a ragtag group of warriors and scientists who must take on the monsters of our own making: government and religion, as well as futuristic enemies that threaten our very existence in the most terrifying tale of Armageddon ever told. Is the end near? Only The Devil’s Prophet knows!

Please check out sneak peeks of Robert, Aislin, Satanus and the Anti-Christ from The Devil’s Prophet at my blog!

Hi! Just wanted to make sure all my friends know that my new erotic horror novel THE 13TH is now in stores everywhere! I hope you'll check out this debauched and demonic horror ride!

There's even a website devoted just to the book, with an interactive map of the places and characters at www.the13th-horror.com.

Edward Lee called THE 13TH "A double-barreled shotgun blast of macabre entertainment -- an expert amalgamation of grotesquerie, eroticism, mystery, and pitch-black occult horror that no fan of the genre can miss."

And Gary A. Braunbeck said, "John Everson's The 13th is the first out-and-out horror novel in a long while to actually scare the **** out of me while reading it. It's stylish, extremely well-written, filled with richly-drawn characterizations, and boasts a labyrinthine plot worthy of Umberto Eco. Trust me -- this one will fry your nerves and break your heart."
