I like to be on the cutting edge of whatever I'm doing, so I pick up on new music and musicians quickly. LUKE EDNEY started playing by ear on his grandfather's guitar at 15... His first single, 'My Work Here Is Done', features Mr. James Gallagher on drums and was produced by Mr. David Parker. He also writes songs that you wouldn't believe a 17-year old could write, but Luke sees the world from a mature point of view ('Time's Not On Your Side'). Now, Mr. Edney is 17, studying contemporary music in college. He has turned down one label, since he's perfectly capable of producing his own music. I've often said hat he must be the twin-soul reincarnation of Robert Johnson and Jimi Hendrix, but his style is definitely his own. He can sing like I-don't-know-what!
