"Lou Richardson's CD – "Grounded" is a true masterpiece of acoustic music..." (Fat Rat Productions)
"'Grounded' doesn't feel like a debut release; it's a mature work that takes risks...nicely proportioned, uncluttered and superbly crafted album that effortlessly demonstrates Lou Richardson's abundant talent and potential" (Toxic Pete)

Influences
Lots of people - especially female singer/songwriters such as Kate Bush, Tori Amos, Joni Mitchell, Rickie Lee Jones, Regina Spektor...
Sounds Like
Hmmm not sure - hopefully not too much like anyone else! Have a listen and let me know...
"Lou Richardson’s style is pretty much unpigeonholeable; her all-encompassing voice is at one with modernesque traditionally biased folk as much as it is with nu-folk/pop..." (Toxic Pete)
Following my music degree at Nottingham University I moved back to Hereford to pursue songwriting and performance, as well as teaching guitar. I have been gigging as part of a duo, The Accord for a few years, and have recently started solo acoustic shows in order to perform my own material. I have just released my debut album "Grounded" and it can be purchased by clicking here:

Heyyy :) Im currently doing work experience at rural media company, hereford. Im looking for bands and singers/guitarists drummers etc who could give us a short amount of time to do a short interview for us, which we can use on the website. We understand your pretty busy at the mo, but we'll keep it short and even if we just get one band member to answer the questions that would be amazing. It would just be a short interview about the history of the band, how you got where you are and any advice for other bands hoping to get well known. Its easier and we can get more stuff done if you come in person or if your too busy for that, if your happy to have a interview either via myspace, phone call, email or any other form please let me know.
Hope to hear from you soon, Keep rockin' Jayde Rumball (:
