Born in London, the young Louise Warren grew up to the sounds of her mum’s soulful record collection and her fascination with the music of 70s funk, rare groove and soul had a profound effect on her future.In her teens her Dad would recommend a different album to her almost every week,therefore expanding her musical taste! Inevitably Louise went on to realize her ambition and has had a singing career so far that includes work with artists including Ringo Starr,Kenny Jones and The Jones gang,Gary Brooker,Mike Rutherford and Kenny Thomas.As well as this Louise is a freelance vocalist working with various bands including The Red Lemons,playing various venues and corporate events, and has also done various jingles for tv.Louise has also recorded many times for the worldwide recording stable Metrophonic. Whilst at Metrophonic, Louise recorded for the Disney corporation (the track 'Destiny’ is available on Disney compilations), and more recently has contributed a track to top American Jazz bassist, Tom Hills’ new album 'Music of Mass Destruction’, performing with the band in the London Jazz festival.Louise has also just recorded a new dance track with capital and kiss DJ Streetboy,which should hopefully be available soon. Also a singing tutor,louise has been teaching for a while now and has some very good students! Louise has finished recording her debut solo album,it is currently being mixed,samples will be added here in the very near future. A mixture of originals and covers, it is set to be the perfect showcase for Louise’s outstanding vocal talent, fusing all her influences and injecting it with the amazing emotional range of her voice.
