About me:
One of the few "Indie" restaurants left in the French Quarter, Louisiana Bistro combine's Chef Mars' unique contemporary cooking style with traditional Louisiana ingredients.
Our menu includes:
Creole Surf and Turf, a pan seared filet mignon with crawfish tail scampi.
Alligator Picatta, alligator tenderlion scallopini with a white
wine-lemon-caper veloute.
Crab and Asparagus Salad, jumbo lump blue crab meat and crispy panko
crusted asparagus spears with mixed greens salad, bacon and
lemon pepper aioli.
Rabbit Creole, farm raised rabbit leg slow roasted with andouille
sausage in a creole-style tomato sauce.
Grilled Duck Breast
sliced pekin duck with pecan pesto rice and jalapeno hollandaise.
And for the more adventurous tables is Chef's FEED ME
