Lou Nei's interest in making music started innocuously enough.................

"When I was 4 , my dad taught me the chord G on his Baritone Ukelele.
When I was 5, I started singing publicly in parochial school assemblies.
And it just went from there".

Now a veteran of the Chicago music scene for over 2 and a half decades, Lou Nei,has held the position of lead guitarist, with a number of terrific Chicago area rock, pop, Top 40, oldies, tribute and even country and western bands. His guitar technique has entertained and at times amazed many an onlooker, fan or fellow guitarist. His ballistic real rock and roll stage presence is genuine and always leaves an indelible memory. .
Plus he's an adequate vocalist in many pop,rock and soul styles .
Lou Nei's resume includes live telvision, local cable tv, performing with established artists, opening for established artists, numerous appearances
on big concert stages, club dates, private events, corporate events, house
bands and on and on, or as Lou jokingly puts it, "every road house and
honky tonk on that boulevard of broken dreams".................................
