A pluot is like a plum, but not sour. It's yummers.
Red chard is kinda like kale. You have to cook it, but you can just steam it and add some garlic and salt and pepper. It's easy.

Mine is pretty much the same - 23 dollars a box, and bi-weekly. It's from the Klesick Family Farm, and I think they only serve Snohomish and Skagit and maybe Island county. They're not like, the bestest CSA program ever, but they're pretty good, and they send a lot of food.
