We are the definitive underground rock/punk/hardcore studio that’s been around since 1996. We have recorded bands like Rufio (Perhaps I Suppose), Saosin, Panic at the Disco, Bless the Fall, Knights of the Abyss, Carnifex, The Maine, Waking Ashland, A Static Lullaby, Halifax, As I Lay Dying, Delux, Civet, Change of Pace, Left Alone, Scary Kids Scaring Kids, Still Remains, AThorn for Every Heart, Anarbor, Shipshape and Bristol Fashion, Manntis, Suicide Silence, Weatherbox, Burning Tree Project, Hit the Switch, Los Kung Fu Monkeys, Horse the Band, Duck Duck Goose, Eyes Set to Kill, and thousands of others. Our main market is the in-between bands: bands that are serious but not necessarily famous yet. We get bands moving with a good CD and good advice for their music and their future. We also have worked with labels such as Metal Blade, Drive Thru, Elektra, RCA, Island, Java, The Militia Group, Bettie Rocket and more......................................................................Prices are $200 for an 8-hour day, though we don’t encourage single-day projects. We make it cheap so you can take your time and get it right. A two-day (16-hour) block is $380 and a four-day (32-hour) is $680. We charge the same whether tracking, mixing or mastering. The only thing you pay for is the time you need to finish the recording; there are no hidden fees or costs. If you don’t finish in the time you scheduled, just add more and pay accordingly. Many of our seasoned customers block out 15 days at a time and self-produce whole albums for self-release. Record companies do the same, bringing their bands here from other states and doing their whole record start-to-finish with us......................................................................There are two shifts available each day for recording. The first shift is from 9 AM to 6 PM with an hour lunch. The second shift is from 6 PM to 2 AM, without a lunch......................................................................Our policies: We require half-down to hold the dates you schedule. You have about five days from the time you book to put that together. We accept VISA/Mastercard over the phone, or money orders by mail. We do not allow drugs, alcohol, guests, girlfriends/boyfriends in the studio. Managers must be pre-approved before coming. Mom and dad are always welcome.
