2 things have happened. I joined facebook. I know, I know, I am so behind the times. Also, my phone had a major meltdown and killed my phonebook. 321 contacts vanished. The most important one being yours. what yo digits?
Hey man yeah Rothbury was one of the best times i have ever had. I was front row for Damien Marley waving my Rasta flag around. then Damien left the stage to make way for NAS to do his thing. So he and one of his brothers agreed they liked my flag better than theirs. So they sent someone in. Next thing i know i asked the lady "Can you get me a backstage pass?" she was skeptical and left to go get Damien's Brother. So in comes this man looking like his father (Bob lol) and he said "Yeh know i know yeh are ehttached to deh flag and dats okeh mon weh don' 'ave teh do deh trade. But if yeh do deh trade den yeh flag will beh our official tour flag fer our bus forevah." So i am thinking ok i can get another flag online. So then I traded his old tour flag for my flag which is now their tour flag and as i shook his hand he handed me an artists pass (pretty much backstage pass) and then i spent the last half of damien's set hanging out back stage and the rest was history.
So yeah ended up seeing String Cheese Incident backstage and hanging out with Mickey Hart.
In anycase i hope I am free to see you perform in late december. We can chill hang out jam even maybe at an In and Out Burger :D
I was hitchhiking in Vermont and caught you at Radio Bean with a few of my friends. It was SUCH a good performance. I bought the CD with $10 I really wasn't supposed to spend.
Glad I ran into your set. Me and my friends fucking loved it.
