I enjoy so much music that it is practically impossible to list everything. I enjoy it when I hear a sound that is new and unique, but I am definitely in awe of my predecessors. I am a classic rock junkie, look at my record collection. I was able to go to SXSW in Austin, TX for the first time in 2007 and the best band I saw was Lesbian at Spiro's, followed by Boris on the back patio. OH FUCK YEAH!!! If you can't guess by now, I am a total groupie. GO LOCAL MUSIC!!! Now lets see: Death From Above 1979, MSTRKRF, The Rapture, New Young Pony Club, BLOOD BROS. (and that includes any side project Johnny gets wrapped up in, what a voice!), classic rock (I heart the Alice Cooper show... he played The Crazy World of Arthur Brown... oh yes, I remember the first time I heard that), LESBIAN, Bloc Party, Louis XIV, Gang of Four, Fantomas, Mickey Avalon, The KNIFE, The Sounds, SONIC YOUTH, riot grrl music, Brit pop, hair metal, new wave, Krautrock, Blur, Black Mountain, Bjork, QOTSA, High on Fire, anything Iggy does, anything Kathleen Hanna does, like the Stones better than the Beatles, YEAH YEAH YEAHS, the LIARS, NOISE, 60s garage rock, grunge, and much more... way too much more, I look at other people's pages and think, "I need to add that band to my music section!" I am going through this stoner rock/metal thing right now, I am really entrenching myself in it more than ever before. Basically, as far a music is concerned, I only like cool stuff.
