Doctor Who is a long-running British science fiction television programme (and a 1996 television movie) produced by the BBC. The programme shows the adventures of a mysterious time-traveller known as "the Doctor", who explores time and space in his TARDIS time ship with his companions, solving problems and righting wrongs.
Doctor Who returned to our screens in the summer of 2005 with Christopher Eccleston as The Ninth Doctor and Billie Piper as Rose Tyler, also with John Barrowman as Captain Jack Harkness. It attracted more fans, young and old making it a huge success. After one series Christopher Eccleston left the show, David Tennant stepped into play the tenth reincarnation of The Time Lord.
David Tennant has become the most favourite and popular Doctor to date with his charming charisma and attractive personality. The Doctor and his love Rose Tyler shared a series together until Billie Piper left the show but returned in the 4th series but officially left the show.
Freema Agyeman joined Doctor Who in 2007 as Martha Jones who also left after the third series but returned with Billie Piper. Catherine Tate returned be the new companion with The Doctor, she was last seen in the second christmas special "The Runway Bride". After one series Donna Noble was written out of the show.

I watched Doctor Who DVD's all week-end!!~aaahhhh a piece of heaven there I always fall for each Doctor~ha!after I watch a few episodes I am wanting to travel off on some adventure....I wish for you a fantastic Tuesday!

I so enjoyed the Doctor episode a week ago!!! David is an amazing Doctor..I will hate to see him go~~~I came home from work tonight~and looked at the sky~just beautiful~there was a nice breeze & the moon was amazing! Hey!~Saturday evening~after a day of storms~I was on my way home & the sun broke through the clouds~&~I saw a rainbow~I used to see them all the time~but, I have to say, it had been a couple years~since I had the pleasure of seeing a full blown~ across the sky~multi colored rainbow!!~too cool!
