Lowride was weaned on a heavy formula of monumental rock from the likes of Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. Although their musical roots run deep lowride's original creations have been compared to those of contemporary artists such as Audioslave, Foo Fighters, and Stone Temple Pilots.
This Northern Beaches trio has been pillaging rock venues in Sydney and interstate playing key supports for bands such as Dozer (Sweden), Cog, Rollerball, Sunk Loto, and Fort.
Lowride released their latest EP in April 2007 through their own label lowriderocks, produced by Lachlan Mitchell, distributed by MGM.
