Heard of classical-crossover music? Listen again. Low Strung doesn’t tame rock and roll for the faint of heart. Rather, it fires the rock songs you love with the richness, range, and power of twelve cellos, “elevating rock epics like ‘Dream On’ and ‘Stairway to Heaven’ to even grander, more chaotic heights” (New Haven Advocate, 4/18/05).
"Develope your natural talents and abilities by doing what you love to do, and doing it better and better in the service of a cause that is greater than yourself."
Thank you for the add, I wish you the very best life has to offer!
They book the season's events before the season begins, and it's already begun for this year, so wouldn't expect it to happen this season. Though they might have some last minute cancellations that they might need to get fill ins for, but you're a sizable ensemble, and maybe too far for that. Do you do road performances? Have a bus? Or does it take even more than that. It would just make a wonderful event to see you guys there sometime. If you want to see some videos I shot of performances, pocket camera, but still not too bad, but it shows the environment that this is in. Acts performing set up on the sidewalks, medium size stages at a few different locations up and down the strip, and even big stages erected on the sand when needed. Though, the way I'd feel about a cello, I'd keep it from the sand. Those videos are at my YouTube http://www.youtube.com/intuitiveexplorer#play/uploads Chet Atkins style is on the sidewalks, Make Me An Angel is on one of the medium size stages, and the Pie Chasers Drunken Master is on a bigger stage on the sand.
