It’s an eerie feeling that swarms your entire body as you step into the dark streets of New York City’s Chinatown. You can feel the people scurrying around and maybe other things too as you turn each and every corner. Within this world away from the world, if you pay close attention, you can hear the name L.S. being whispered by almost every youth in almost worshipping tones. Who is L.S.? Or more precisely, what is L.S.?
A young Christopher Louie lays in a midtown recording studio listening repeatedly to the storytelling beat playing in the background as the infectious lyrics of his story play in his mind and press his hands to write on the white sheets of paper directly in front of him. The words seem to flow like a story retold, and the papers quickly fill up as the chinky-eyed character uses his cane to quickly rise and say, “I’m ready.” As he slowly limps into the booth, L.S. takes a deep breathe, closes his eyes, and begins to venomously spit out the words of what and who make the character L.S.
L.S. grew up on New York’s very own war torn streets of Chinatown. It was at this time when L.S. found the streets and the crew that he would come to know as his family. It was in this time L.S. learned what almost every other youth in every other ghetto around the U.S. learned, the code of the streets. He quickly learned the ways of the Chinese gangs, and how they came to function as almost corporate-like entities with very unorthodox and very illegal methods. From extortion to running gambling houses, a very youthful Christopher Louie was swiftly educated in the streets and the secret code of the Chinese underworld. His criminal life, like so many others, was brought to an abrupt end when he was incarcerated for possession of an illegal weapon and awakened by the reality of jail life. While in jail, L.S. began to take his talent more seriously and the writing commenced. With such an extraordinary talent followed by such extraordinary stories, the name of L.S. quickly came out and spread like wildfire into the streets and into hip-hop. Upon his release, he decided to make a career out of his talents and with a quick thirst for expression and fame, he began to immediately record and hit the mixtape scene.

nah uh...cuz i wouldnt give u the controller...u got pissed..and we actually went out and bought another ps2...but then when u lost to me.. playin 1 v 1 u kicked me off the bed.. plus..I NEVER CAMP...i run and gun..ur the one who camps and "tries" to snipe or..otherwise..u die as soon as the game begins..and...u look at my screen and tell ur team..my whereabouts......i have witnesses....
