Lead Singer Syndrome is about writing songs that are intertwining melodies (aka counterpoint) as opposed to just lots of chord changes. In the Baroque style of classical music, such as the works of Bach or Vivaldi, each instrument played a melody that complemented the others instead of simply supporting a singer or a lead instrument.
We have taken this concept and incorporated it into different styles of music - classical, funk, latin, heavy metal.
Although it is not a hard formula we force ourselves to adhere to, it is a philosophy that helps us create interesting instrumental music.

working on it - a couple of my guys are in multiple projects and a couple of them are booked so I am going to ask my other PA band to do it or maybe a combo of the two - they are all pros so I hope to be able to dothis for them.
yeah lenny is great - its a bit far for me on a work night so I haven't been down but this spring I hope to be able to get down once in a while. Know Lenny well from lots of American Roots jams with Nasty Ned. L
