Amanda Dugger is 32 years of age & mother of 2. She has been diagnosed with Sneddon's Syndrome. This is a very, very rare disease. She is one only a few cases ever at John Hopkins. She had stroke in early 2009 that was said to be caused by this disease. She was taken to the University of Louisville Hospital were she was treated & released only to relapse and taken back to Louisville. They would not refer her to another hospital for treatment. The family had to use anything they had to get the money to fly her to John Hopkins in Maryland. That lone trip was estimated at over $20,000 just to get her there. She spent almost 2 months there. Finally after being dianosed with Sneddon's she then was able to be treated. Even though there is no cure, they were able to stabalize the syndrome in recession.

Just want to say thanks to all that helped with the 1st Annual Ronnie Jones Concert for Heroes. I know I don't them all, but they know who they are. It was great success, and a lot of fun. I wasn't real sure about the sound man though....ha ha ha.... Again thanks to Doug Jones & The Country Gentle Men, Authur Hatfield & Buck Creek, and to Jeff & Tammy for having Lucas Haywood be part of this special event. It was a great honor. I hope it is bigger and better next year....
Just wanna say thanks to all that got a T-shirt. Wear 'em proudly, 'cause they look good on you! And thanks to all of our fans for your support...y'all are the greatest.
