Music is like my first language, i have been conversing with it since I was 3 years old. I am classically trained, and I am currently working on jazz, rock, blues and unusual/unexpected cello sounds. My compositions fuse these into unaccompanied cello pieces with a contemporary edge. I studied through the Suzuki Method and at Bryanston School, and then at Durham University alongside my science studies I got heavily involved in music, playing with the Durham University Orchestral Society and taking up Executive positions for the society. I also played with The Palatinate Ensemble, performing across the North East of England. I now play as Lucello and as the cellist of the Mavron Quartet, as well as with other groups. As Lucello and with the other groups I perform for recitals, weddings, corporate functions, parties, educational projects and in unexpected venues such as pubs and parks. I am always seeking artists exploring new music sounds - if you are interested in working with me please get in touch!

Hi Lucy, thanks for getting in touch! It's always handy to know the players in the area. We will be using strings at some point. I'll keep you posted. All the best, Kath&Paul xx
Very nice of you to compliment our stuff Lucy. You play beautifully - hopefully we can do something together at some point if you fancy fusing? Ben :@)
