Lucian McGuiness plays trombone and bass and writes music in Sydney, mostly for The Keijzer-McGuiness Quintet and My Goodness McGuiness, occasionally for the excellent Birdbrain. Recent associations have included the Jazzgroove Mothership Orchestra, the Crusty Suitcase Band, Geoff Bull's New Orleans Jazz Band, King Tide, Mista Savona, Brad Childs Orchestra, Unity Hall Jazz Band, Pete Philly & Perquisite, the Herd & Andy Bull.
