London based singer/songwriter Luci Cahn started her career working behind the scenes in one of Londons top recording studios. As a frustrated receptionist she used to daydream about being a singer and songwriter instead of stuck behind a desk! During her lunch break, she used to sneak into the recording sessions and this only fuelled her ambition and determination further. She then decided to play some of her home made demos to some of the sound engineers in order to get constructive feedback. One day the demo fell into the hands of the owner of the studio who was furious, as he thought she had used the studio equipment to record in, and promptly fired her!! Luci then decided to stick a rucksack on her back and go and see the world which gave her even more inspiration to write. On her return to the UK, Luci teamed up with producer Joe Lonsdale and her album Inside Out was born. She has already received bbc radio play and continues to gig around the London circuit with her band. Luci writes quirky, intelligent pop songs, each one telling a different story that will carry you along for the ride!!
