.. ........ Lucid Harmonic - No Verdict, No Defense is avaliable at:.......... and ..Amazon............ ............ .. it was mid-2002. wes and jeremy decided to start a project to focus on writing music that drew upon their past and present influences. after writing four songs together they sought out a bass player, cj, in late 2002, and the present lineup was born. eventually they had to get a name, and after throwing around several ideas (for what seemed like freaking MONTHS) they agreed on Lucid Harmonic... ..they wrote some songs.. played some shows.. recorded an album.. then wes freaked out because of a personal issue and the band has since dis-banded (no pun intended)... ..to describe their music is a bit of a chore. the band took a very hedonistic approach to the writing process. "if it feels good.. do it." .. ..grunge, emo, punk, metal, psychadelic.. no territory is safe (except country and mullet-rock). some characteristics of their music included uncommon time signatures, emotional lyrics, dynamic movements, irregular song structures, but a sensibility for keeping their music very accessible to the everyday music listener..... They broke up in early 2006, and each member headed in their own musical direction. Jeremy played with Sally Jayne and some other projects, while CJ concentrated on That Yellow Bastard, and Wes took a quick hiatus from music altogether, then got back into EDM... ..Now, here we are in late 2007, and the members of LH have begun the process of doing some recordings using a software package that allows them to share projects over the internet. No timeframe yet on when anything will be finished, but we're excited to at least get the songs out that had become the mainstays of our shows around the time we called it quits..... .............. ........ .. .. .. .. .. ....LH in the studio.
