Television
Life experience is the projection of the mind. I have little need to further complicate matters. ;)...other than Animal Planet, Discovery, Nova, and such educational programs, Alot of comedies w/ canned laughter are completely unstimulating, and The 'M' in MTV unfortunately doesn't stand for Music any more. I'll spare you (somewhat) of my opinion on the nightly news and their subsequent ads for prescription medication to help you through the resulting emotional state and sense of vulnerability.
I watch about 2-3 hours of t.v. per year by default due to scattered visits throughout the year to my parents' place in Boring (Berlin) Connecticut. That's more than enough for me.
