Life in general! Lucy Hill picked up a guitar for the first time about 2 years ago and since then has not put it down. After some months of building up a portfolio of material she is now officially on the scene gigging in great venues across London. Her musical style is a big mix of different genres, with influences ranging from folk to rock, but she takes most of her inspiration from simple, lyrical, acoustic music. Critics have described her as a ‘young Joni Mitchell’ with a voice ‘like silk’. Thanks to Ranscombe studios for producing the new record 'Breathe Away the Butterflies', which include the 2 songs 'Not Okay' and 'Stay Here For Now' and to Jay Dice who produced 'Desire', 'Nowhere' and 'Torn'.
