Introducing...
Lucy Milford is a 23 year old singer/songwriter from South-East London currently living in the Midlands. With her unique style of guitar playing and smooth, soulful vocals she resembles the sounds of Joss Stone, KT Tunstall and some say a female take of John Mayer.
Over the years she has performed at a variety of music festivals around the U.K including two perfomances in Poland 'Glogow's Music Festival 'in 2005 and 2006 with her former band.
Now as a solo artist on the scene, she is quickly gaining her own fanbase. Has had air-play on Radio 2, and local station Ram FM and has since been awarded support slots with Mark Flanagan (Jools Holland Band) Colin Hay (Men At Work) ASWAD and Frank Hamilton bit of a mix. She then went on to perform at Derby University 'May Ball' appearing on the same bill as the Sugababes, Judge Jules and Zane Lowe.
Last year she perfomed to a strong crowd of 2,000 at Derbyshire's Westfield shopping centre with George Sampson winner of ITV's 'Britains Got Talent' and Micheal Jackson act Signature.
Lucy continues to write new material and goes to Ryans Bar Open- Mike Nights with her bass player jamming new ideas. She is currently working on her E.P Three Little Words.
