After recording the first song "Syllables (Big Words)" which also is available on Bandit Rock VOL4 they continued to
roll
like a tornado
through New Orleans and there is nothing to stop them now!
5 songs is available on the EP: n "When All Else Fails"
and they are all masterpieces!
The fullength is on the way, and songs are written
while many
miles is put behind them on the road.
This is a band that's work hard and now there are 3 new songs
in their
live performence!

"Only about a year old, Sweden’s Lucy Seven merge hard rock and techno (thankfully in smaller amounts) on their debut EP, and this new sound has already earned them prestigious festival slots, including the Sweden Rock Festival.
But there are other influences to be heard in their songs besides the two main ones.
Syllables (Big Words), for example, sounds like Slash lending lead guitar to a Paradise Lost and Depeche Mode jam.
The blistering solos of Space Monkeys make it the hardest rocking of the tracks here, while With Lanterns Lit takes on an alt-rock ballad sound similar to recent Linkin Park et al.
The Guide is a straight-forward modern rock track, a little like a livelier (read: less dreary) HIM and closer Liar/Advertiser has a slight power/progressive metal lilt to it with the keyboard parts and guitar solo recalling Star One or IQ and chorus vocals akin to Disturbed’s David Draiman.
There’s a lot to Lucy Seven’s sound, something for everyone to relate to, and overall it makes them a fairly unique prospect and worth keeping an eye out for."
