We were a band from San Diego who thrived in the 90's during the whole "next Seattle" phase of the SD music scene. We did a couple of CD's yadda yadda. Some people loved us, some hated us. Whatever. We just were all about having fun and rockin it. We played lots of shows, and opened for many major bands such as X, The Ramones, Iggy Pop, The Deftones, Reverend Horton Heat, Dig, as well as led our own nationwide tours.
Just to be clear, folks, we are not "getting back together" or touring, filming any videos, or recording any new albums. We are just a bunch of geezer ex-rockers who like to get together every couple/few years and re-live the past. Thats it. Then we go back to our families and day jobs.
I'm sad to see this is the end for Lucy's. So many memories, so many great shows. You are all terrific musicians, and Charlie, you are one great frontman. Good Job Guys. We will all miss you.
