I worked at a recording studio when I was 17 and was basically paid to write and record songs, what a job. Had loads of fun met some great people, and wrote part of a song which got in the top 20, which was funny coz I thought it was a bit rubbish! Worked with some amazing writers and producers and played and sang with some amazing bands but I'm not one to name drop although I'm very tempted;p. The songs reflect the oddness of me with varying subject matters. Voices quite often get turned into instruments, I play a few instruments but the voice has got to be my favourate one to play with. Got a few things in the pipeline at the minute that I won't let you in on just yet but keep listening, the new year may be a happy one for Styles;) Have a listen, see what you think x x x

Lucy Styles has been played on the It's A Frog's Life Acoustic Podcast Show 80 - Podcasting by numbers - the Easter 2009 music special, with more music and less talk than normal. And all of the songs on this show are connected in some way with numbers or counting. ..
This podcast is dedicated to the memory of the 96 fans of Liverpool Football Club who lost their lives so tragically and needlessly in the Hillsborough disaster on 15th April 1989, to the families they left behind, and to those who continue to fight for justice. You'll never walk alone.
