Luigi DI CESARE, musicista, compositore e pianista, attore, scrittore, conduttore e presentatore, regista, si è diplomato a pieni voti in Composizione, con Ivan Fedele, in Musica Corale e Direzione di Coro, con S. Pasteris, e in Pianoforte, con D. Canina, al Conservatorio "G. Verdi" di Torino. Ha vinto il Premio "Alfano" di Composizione e il Premio Speciale al Concorso Nazionale di Composizione di Matera.
Le sue musiche sono eseguite in Italia e all'estero (tra cui Francia, Polonia, Russia) in importanti rassegne di concerti e in vari spettacoli, sia da prestigiosi interpreti che da giovani esecutori, nonché in sale prestigiose, come il Conservatorio "G. Verdi" di Torino, diversi teatri, tra cui il Teatro Comunale di Alessandria, chiese antiche e sale storiche.
Varia e significativa la sua produzione di compositore per gruppi da camera, solisti e orchestre, per interpreti lirici e corali, fino a cantanti e gruppi di musica leggera e jazz. Sua musica è stata espressa in balletto da compagnie di danza di valore in diversi teatri.
Come pianista ha suonato proprie composizioni in televisione per RAI DUE e in numerosi concerti come solista e con il gruppo musicale da lui formato "Luigi Di Cesare Ensemble". In tali occasioni ha scritto musiche e testi in una mescolanza ricca di contaminazioni nei più vari generi e stili del classico, leggero, pop, jazz e contemporaneo. Ha ottenuto diverse incisioni della sua musica.
Ha partecipato al Salone della Musica e alla Fiera del Libro di Torino come compositore, pianista, scrittore e attore.
La sua composizione lirico sinfonica "Luxanimae" è stata incisa su CD per le Edizioni Musicali RAI TRADE.
Compositore attivo, dalla musica classica e contemporanea a quella lirica, dalla musica leggera alle colonne sonore per il teatro e per il cinema, fino a canzoni d'autore.
Nel 2005 ha realizzato la composizione "Sette cuori liberi", dedicata ai Fratelli Cervi, un brano per soprano, clarinetto e orchestra d'archi, commissionato dal Museo Cervi, nell'ambito delle attività dell'Istituto Cervi di Reggio Emilia, che è stato inciso su CD insieme ad opere di alcuni tra i più illustri compositori italiani, come Boccadoro, Nidi, Facchinetti, Talmelli, dal "Teatro delle Note", complesso cameristico della Fondazione "Arturo Toscanini" dell'Orchestra "A. Toscanini" dell'Emilia Romagna. Il brano è stato eseguito con successo dallo stesso Ente il 19 luglio 2005, in un originale e straordinario concerto presso il Museo Cervi di Gattatico, il 29 gennaio 2006 al Conservatorio di Reggio Emilia e il 10 luglio 2006 a Sant'Ilario d'Enza in qualità di concerto straordinario in occasione del centenario della CGIL.
Nel 2007 la sua composizione “Sette cuori liberi” è stata scelta come colonna sonora rappresentativa per il video realizzato dal Museo Cervi in DVD “Il mondo in una stanza” – La Quadrisfera, che è stato diffuso da diverse emittenti televisive satellitari nazionali.
La composizione "Ritorno al volo..." per orchestra è stata eseguita con grande successo nel 2004, al Conservatorio di Torino, in Liguria e a Limone Piemonte dall'Ensemble Orchestral "Des Alpes De la Mer", con l'Orchestra "B.Bruni" di Cuneo.
Il brano per clarinetto, sassofono e orchestra "Fantasia Orientale", del 2005, è stato proposto in sette concerti in Francia.
Attore protagonista e regista di numerosi spettacoli, molti di sua ideazione, ha recitato e presentato in teatri, sale storiche e spazi all'aperto interpretando testi classici e contemporanei, testi poetici e ruoli, tra i quali "Puccini", "Verdi" e molti altri in diverse città italiane. Ha collaborato con R. Girone e O. Piccolo in un recital poetico-musicale. Nel Cinema ha recitato in un film prodotto dal Centro Sperimentale di Roma, nel ruolo di un mago. Ha realizzato spettacoli teatrali e musicali in collaborazione con il Comune di Torino, Regione Piemonte e Provincia di Torino. E' stato presentatore, conduttore e intrattenitore in numerose manifestazioni di spettacolo, in concorsi letterari nazionali, sale storiche e moderne, locali e caffè, e in televisioni locali.
Direttore Artistico di moltissime rassegne tra le quali "Musica in Villa", "Autunno in Musica", "Demiourgos", "Dicembre Musica", ha fondato l'Associazione e la Compagnia di Musica e Spettacolo Ippogrifo che personalmente dirige. Da alcuni anni riveste anche la figura di Direttore delle Edizioni Ippogrifo con le quali ha presentato volumi di valore alla "Convention Nazionale della Letteratura Fantastica" di San Marino e alla Fiera del Libro di Torino.
Come scrittore ha pubblicato opere liriche e narrative e ha scritto lavori teatrali. Nel 2003 ha pubblicato il romanzo fantastico "La forza del delirio", all'interno della trilogia "I Tre Tempi della Profezia", ambientato nel Piemonte magico. Vincitore di diversi concorsi letterari è anche relatore, critico letterario e musicale e ha presenziato e partecipato, anche come giurato, a vari concorsi letterari nazionali.

Luigi DI CESARE musician, composer and pianist, actor, writer, conductor and presenter, director, he is graduated to full votes in Composition, with Ivan Fedele, in Choral Music and Direction of Choir, with S. Pasteris, and in Piano, with D. Canina, to the Conservatory "G. Verdi" of Turin. He has won the Prize "Alfano" of Composition and the Special Prize to the National Contest of Composition of Matera.
Its music are performed in Italy and in different other European countries (among which France, Poland, Russia) in important reviews of concerts and in various shows, both from prestigious interpreters and from young performers, as well as in salt prestigious as the Conservatory "G. Verdi" of Turin, different theaters, among which the Town Theater in Alexandria, ancient churches and it climbs historical.
Various and meaningful his production of composer for groups, ensemble, soloists and orchestras, for lyric and choral interpreters, up to singers and groups of light music and jazz. Hismusic has been express in ballet from companies of dance of value in the different theaters.
How pianist has played own compositions in television for RAI Two and in numerous concerts as soloist and with the musical group from him format "Luigi Di Cesare Ensemble". In such occasions he has written music and texts in a mixture rich in contaminations in the various son-in-laws and styles of the classical one, light, pop, jazz and contemporary. He has gotten different incisions of his music.
He has participated in the Saloon of the Music and the Fair of the Book in Turin as composer, pianist, writer and actor.
His composition lyric symphonic "Luxanimae" has been engraved on CD for the Editions Musical RAI TRADE.
Active composer, from the classical and contemporary music to that lyric, from the light music to the sonorous columns for the theater and for the cinema, up to songs of author.
In 2005 he has realized the composition "Sette cuori liberi", devoted to the Brothers Cervi, a piece for soprano, clarinet and orchestra of arcs, commissioned by the Museum Cervi, within the activities of the institute Cervi of Reggio Emilia, that it has been engraved on CD works whole some among the most illustrious Italian composers as Boccadoro, Nests, Facchinetti, Talmelli, from the "Theater of the Notes", musical ensemble of the Foundation "Arthur Toscanini" of the orchestra "A. Toscanini" of the Emilia Romagna. The piece has been performed with happened by the same musical ensemble July 19 th 2005, in an original and extraordinary concert to the Museum Cervi of Gattatico, January 29 th 2006 to the Conservatory of Reggio Emilia and July 10 th 2006 to Sant'Ilario d'Enza as extraordinary concert on the occasion of the centennial of the CGIL.
In 2007 his composition "Sette cuori liberi" has been chosen as the soundtrack representative for the video produced by the Museum Cervi DVD "The world in a room" - The Quadrisfera, which has been distributed by various national satellite broadcasters.
The composition "Ritorno al volo... " for orchestra it has been performed with great success in 2004, to the Conservatory in Turin, in Liguria and to Lemon Piedmont from the Ensemble Orchestral "Des Alpes De the Mer", with the orchestra "B.Bruni" of Cuneo. The piece for clarinet, saxophone and orchestra "Fantasia Orientale", of 2005, it has been proposed in seven concerts in France.
Actor protagonist and director of numerous shows, many of his ideation, have recited and introduced in theaters, salt historical and spaces to interpreting classical and contemporary texts, poetic texts and roles, among which "Puccini", "Verdi" and many others in the different Italian cities. He has collaborated with R. Girone and O. Piccolo in a poetic-musical recital. In the Cinema He has recited in a film produced from the Center Sperimentale in Rome in the role of a magician. He has realized theatrical and musical shows in collaboration with the Commune in Turin, Region Piedmont and Province in Turin. And' is presenter, conductor and show man in numerous demonstrations of show, in national literary contests, salt historical and modern, places and coffee, and in local televisions.
Artistic Director of a lot of reviews among which "Music in the Villa", "Autumn in Music", "Demiourgos", "December Music", he has founded the association and the Company of Music and Show Ippogrifo that personally it directs. From some years it also dresses again the figure of Manager of the Editions Ippogrifo with which he has introduced volumes of value to the "Convention Nazionale of the Fantastic Literature" of San Marino and to the Fair of the Book in Turin.
How writer has published works poetic and narrative and he has written theatrical jobs. In 2003 he has published the fantastic romance "The strength of the delirium", inside the trilogy "The Three Times of the Prophecy", whose environment is in the magic Piedmont. Winning of different literary contests it is also chairman, critical literary and musical and he has witnessed and participated, also as sworn, to various national literary contests.
