BACKGROUND
Originally from New Caledonia, Louise was born and raised until adolescence in Noumea. Her early years on the instrument were founded primarily in Classical music style at " l'Ecole Territoriale de Musique", Noumea N.C, under Mr. Piet Verhoeven and Mr. Daniel Baudin's guidance.
After immigrating to Vancouver Island,BC Canada in 1989, Louise graduated with honors as a certified flight attendant before reconnecting with the violin 7 years later, and becoming a versatile violinist/fiddler. She enrolled in a 4 year program in Classical and Jazz for violin and voice at Malaspina University College,Nanaimo BC Canada.
With on-going experiences and exposure to a diversity of Worldwide Cultural Music Genres, Louise continues to guide,counsel,perform and share with others her passion and her broad knowledge for this soulful Artform.
She remains strongly connected and rooted with her Homeland in New Caledonia, with continuing trips between the two opposite South Pacific Islands!

Who I'd like to meet: TEACHER'S SERVICES
All beginning, intermediate and advanced students(of all ages) will learn and expand throughout a selection of music programs on the fundamentals of music history, music theory, musicianship (sight-reading and ear-training) and technique. Students will also explore how to become effortless, creative and emotionally involved in their Art; with the addition of improvisation and composition in a variety of musical styles.
