We, too, need the transformation that comes from prayer. Fellowship with Christ through prayer transforms our character so that we reflect the glory of te Lord. When we see Him we lose sight of ourselves and others. All else fades and He completely fills our vision. Our place of prayer becomes our place of transformation. We need not fear the attacks of the enemy for God surrounds us and protects us with Himself as our mighty shield. His presence within becomes our glory, bringing His beauty and splendor into our lives. When our heads and hearts are bowed down, our eyes overflowing with tears, He lovingly and tenderly lifts up our heads so we can see HIM. As we look into His face, we are comforted by Him.
