Ya its going pretty good! Learning a lot! Went to the gym last night and did back. My mom told me Wenatchee's gym is ridiculous..lol How are you doing?
Leg day baby!! I miss working out with you guys. I guess my dad lost 10lbs in 6 days! so i think he will stay pretty motivated, that is until he weighs again and doesnt see such a big number. We already started climbing the poles, and its not as easy as i thought it would be! Hows Wenatchee?
Well i started school today. Meridian is a really nice place. This weekend im going to go to Bodybuilding. com's store. When we moved in it was a sunny 50 degrees, and today it was 22 and snowing. Crazy weather!
Back at you Luke, I hope you and your wife will be competing this year?? Do you think the other people that were going to compete might do it this year??
