    Luke Herbert is an international drummer who has worked and lived in many parts of the world. Born on August 14, 1982, in Sydney, Australia. Herbert has been living in the US , Nashville TN for the past few years. He is currently back in Sydney, Australia. Luke was lucky enough to work with some of the industry’s elites, including Gillian Welch, Al Perkins (Flying Burritos Bros), Spooner Oldham (Aretha Franklin, Percy Sledge), Craig Krampf (Alice Cooper, Kim Carnes) Niko Bolas (Engineer/Producer for Neil Young, Fiona Apple) and recording with his band and old friends, The Deep Vibration... ( named by Lou Reed ) Herbert has also worked on multiple projects with musicians and producers in Los Angeles, such as Don Peake (Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Everly Brothers), Scarlett Revira (violin: Bob Dylan, Dixie Chicks) and Helik Hadar (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock) and opening for Sheryl Crow on the West Coast . In Australia Herbert is a session drummer working with many types of musician from Australian Rock Legend Brian Cadd to Up and Coming indie artists such as Simon Bruce, Leroy Lee , Melanie Horsnell and many others. famously named by Rock & Roll Pioneer Lou Reed , who Luke and the band had the honour of meeting.
Herbert has also worked on multiple projects with musicians and producers in Los Angeles, such as Don Peake (Marvin Gaye, Ray Charles, Everly Brothers), Scarlett Revira (violin: Bob Dylan, Dixie Chicks) and Helik Hadar (Joni Mitchell, Herbie Hancock).

Luke has also toured From the West Coast opening for artists such as Sheryl Crow to playing everywhere in between, all the way up to New York City with his band. In Australia Herbert is a session musician working array of Artist from Australian Rock Legend " Brian Cadd" to up and coming artists such as Simon Bruce, Leroy Lee, Melanie Hornsell and many more.
