About Luke Pruitt and the Doghouse Band

Luke Pruitt is an Arkansas native who has spent the last few years in the Nashville area getting to know some local musicians from the jazz, rock, and country scenes. Having a weekly gig at Liquid Smoke in Murfreesboro has extended the pool of musicians for the Doghouse band and gives the band several different feels. The Doghouse band is Luke Pruitt on electric guitar, Spencer Duncan or Geoff Henderson on upright bass, Charlie Pate of Charlie Pate and Dixie's Finest on electric guitar, Derek Pell of Gypsy Pompe on fiddle and Herschel Van Dyke on drums. Also the doghouse band is frequented by Caleb Dollister on drums, Matt Rowland of Ghostfinger on piano, and Steve Daly on Steel
