Luminessah is a World Interpretive Fusion troupe from Eugene, Oregon, celebrating the the sisterhood and spirit interwoven throughout their dance. Having no leader, each woman’s creativity shines, resulting in an ever-evolving transformation of freedom and community. Look for Luminessah at venues around the region such as restaurants, festivals, and other celebrations. Luminessah also teaches workshops on request. Calling all Hip Hop Dancers!! Whether you’ve been a hip hop dancer for years or are just getting into the scene, this workshop is for you! We are bringing together 6 of the region’s most talented and respected Choreographers and Teachers for this one of a kind hip hop dance experience. 4 Men and 2 Women will each be teaching a 45 minute slot of choreography and also sitting on a discussion panel to talk about their experience as Performers, Choreographers, and Company Directors.
