About Luminol

Luminol was born in Italy many years ago from the industrious mind of Christian Valenti and the vision of Barbara Burgio. At the end of 2000 the duo moved in different directions leaving Luminol wondering about its future. Luckily, Barbara met the eclectic Samuel Rodger in Seattle 2006. The two of them started working on the project again, transforming the almost lost sound into a new charming and avant-garde tune. Later Robbie Houston added his four-strings skills to the group and Erik Hansen added his acoustic guitar skills. In 2009 the band released their first EP, Organ Grinder. At the moment the band is playing live acoustic and developing new tunes.
