Sounds Like
A heavy rockband with female singer playing original material. Somewhere between Black Sabbath and Kate Bush with jazzy, latin, classical and gothic bits.
Basically we sound to bizar to put us in a pigeon hole. We could play together with rockbands, metal bands, punk bands, gothic bands, grunge bands, emo bands, alternative / indie bands and still have people of their following liking parts of our set.
At the beginning of summer 2009 our guitarist Joel decided to leave the band due to lack of time. After a short search and making heavy decissions we decided to replace him with a keyboard player rather than another guitarist. We asked Gez who agreed. We welcome Gez and wish Joel all the best for the future.
LUNACRY was formed in 2005 out of the ashes of the band EDITHS GARDEN by Sooz (ex THE KEEP, BROWN EYED BLUE) and Pat (ex CELLAR DWELLERS, FALLING LEAF, THE KEEP and also in VAMPYROUSS). They decided to stick to the choice of -no pigeon holed- rock with every possible musical direction the band members would fancy. This resulted in an unique style mixing classic rock with symphonic metal, jazz, prog, gothic, pop, punk, grunge, latin and funk influences.
After some line up changes the band now consists of: Chris (ex FOUR HORSEMEN, INSIDE HATRED and also in VAMPYROUS) and Daryl (ex FOUR HORSEMEN and INSIDE HATRED) and Gez (also in VAMPYROUSS)
Thank you for coming on board guys, and proving that once again it’s the musicians that will give a voice to the voiceless!! We need all the help you can give us getting out the message that we need change, the children must be protected, and we won’t Stop the Rock until we Roll straight down the corridors of power and make them listen! So, keep it loud and proud .....because after all ...Music has the loudest voice .....and NO boundaries!!!

Didnt wash my hair!..BUT worse still nor did Daryl..phewwww what a PONG...thought at one point it was snowing...all in all a good gig...So loud it cracked the Window! Sure the lyrics was Heaven Burns but oh hay each to there own...and i the only one thats gonna coment any more?? Come on locals support your local bands!!!!
Thanks for last night, yes we did enjoy it, shame about the other band. You guys were really really good...hope to play with you again sometime.Rock n roll for the soul!

Good gig on Friday, possibly the most giving barman in the world, local cider too! Thanks for the CD and lift home. If you can make the little pubs rock like that, the big gigs will be easy.

Having heard the tracks on here, not to mention a bit of Edith's Garden, was really nice to actually play a gig with you in the end! And you guys rocked!! We should definately do it again sometime...
